By accessing or using Filmlisto ("Service"), operated by Cinegram, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Filmlisto provides a professional web presence for film industry creatives, including a custom .co.film domain, profile page, project showcase, and optional NFC networking card.

Filmlisto is a fully automated, self-service platform. All features—including domain assignment, profile creation, and link management—are delivered through our software without human intervention. No human-driven or manual services are included in your subscription.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Filmlisto is offered as a subscription service at $4.99/month, billed annually at $59.88.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the billing period ends
• Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase or renewal

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Distribute malware or engage in hacking activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload to Filmlisto. By uploading content, you grant us a license to display and distribute it as part of the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Domain Usage

Your .co.film subdomain is provided as part of your subscription. We reserve the right to reclaim domains that violate these terms or remain inactive for extended periods after subscription cancellation.

8. NFC Card

NFC networking cards are provided as a complimentary benefit for active subscribers upon request. Cards remain property of Filmlisto and are non-transferable.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your profile and domain will be deactivated.

10. Limitation of Liability

Filmlisto is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
